Awesome job on the article. I too remember the wonderful people of New York City when I spent a New Years eve there a few years ago with my soldier son. We had the privledge of spending a few hours resting at the USO.I will be praying for your unit until you return safely.I am the proud mom of one of the soldiers in this unit. God bless each of you.

Excellent blog — very informative and a quite an interesting read! The field trip to New York City was a special send-off for your unit. I am so glad you were able to take in “Spamalot.”

Fantastic. The parents and families of the soldiers are naturally proud of what they do, but to hear that others are as proud of our soldiers makes us feel good. Thanks NYC for taking care of them so well.

Great story !!! Loved reading it!!! I have also been to NYC and Spamalot. As a native North Carolinian, I found NYC to be a wonderful place to visit. It is so nice to know that NYC shows so much respect for our military men and women.
